Go to whydoyoucreate.com and complete the full experience. You need to know how it feels — the questions, the fear prompt, the manifesto. This is non-negotiable.
Go to whydoyoucreate.com/guide and apply. We review new guides by hand, usually within a day. Once you're approved you'll get a sign-in link to your dashboard, a personal invite link, and a guide code for your clients.
You'll get a magic link to your guide dashboard. Explore the interface — you'll see your guide code, your invite link, and where client data will appear.
Your dashboard links to a comprehensive coaching guide. It covers how the journey differs from therapy, screen-by-screen coaching questions, the 4-session arc, and ethical boundaries.
Copy your invite link from the dashboard and send it to a client. They'll take the journey on their own time. The link connects them to you in two steps: they save their journey with their email, then tap 'grant access' on their journey page (your invitation is already waiting there). A journey kept only on their device stays private to them, and your dashboard stays quiet until they connect.
Before you meet, check your AI session prep — it generates conversation angles based on what your client shared. Review their journey data in your dashboard: fear, permission, dedication, impact, and manifesto. The AI drafts personalized check-in messages for all your clients, not just flagged ones — each references something specific from their journey. If your client has multiple journeys, use journey comparison to see what's shifting over time. Your weekly digest flags new journeys, clients going quiet, and access expiring soon; nothing reaches a client unless you send it. Manage your email preferences from the dashboard.
Open with "what was it like?" not "what did you write?" Let them lead. Use the deeper prompts when the conversation is flowing. End with forward momentum: what are they going to make this week?
From the client detail view, you can send a short text note (up to 2000 characters) that appears at the top of their journey page in a "From your guide" inbox. Good for a quick encouragement or follow-up question. The note lives on their journey page; unless they've muted email for you, they also get a short email nudge that a note is waiting. Use it for things that aren't time-sensitive. They can dismiss messages they don't want anymore; you can soft-delete your own. If your access to them is ever revoked, your past messages auto-hide from their view, and your sent history for that client closes with it.
Total setup time: about 1 hour. Then you're ready to use it with every client.
